WBBT Records Artist Agreement

Parties:
WBBT Records (hereinafter referred to as the "Label")
The Artist (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist")

Article 1 – Purpose of the Agreement

This agreement is made to regulate the release, promotion, management, and revenue sharing of the musical works created by the Artist and released under the Label. The Label commits to supporting the Artist’s career and ensuring proper representation in the music industry.

Article 2 – Release and Representation Rights

The Artist grants the Label the exclusive rights to release, promote, and represent their musical works during the term of this agreement.
The Label has the right to distribute these works on digital platforms, physical formats, and through other promotional or licensing opportunities such as films, commercials, or performances.

Article 3 – Revenue Sharing

All net income generated from the Artist’s works shall be shared as follows:

• Artist: 70%

• Label: 30%

Net income refers to the amount remaining after deductions such as platform fees or distribution/production expenses.
The Label will provide detailed revenue reports every 3 months and make payments to the Artist within 30 business days after each report.

Article 4 – Term of Agreement

This agreement is valid for a period of 1 year from the signing date.
Unless either party provides written notice of termination, the agreement will automatically renew for another year.

Article 5 – Promotion and Investment

The Label may choose to invest in promotional activities for the Artist’s projects, including music videos, social media campaigns, or public relations.
Such investments are at the Label’s discretion and may be recouped from the Artist’s revenue share or through a separate addendum if required.

Article 6 – Copyright and Legal Responsibility

The Artist confirms that they own all rights to the content they submit and that no third-party copyrights are being infringed.
In case of copyright claims or infringements, the Artist accepts full legal and financial responsibility.
The Label may provide legal guidance and support where appropriate.

Article 7 – Artificial Streams and Fraudulent Activities

The Artist agrees not to engage in artificial streaming, bot plays, or other fraudulent activities.
If such actions are detected, the Label reserves the right to withhold revenue, remove the content, and terminate the agreement unilaterally.

Article 8 – Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice.
Upon termination:

• The Label has up to 60 business days to remove the content from platforms.

• Revenue generated prior to termination will be shared according to this agreement.

Article 9 – Governing Law

In case of any disputes, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will apply.
Jurisdiction is granted to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.

Final Declaration

Both parties declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
The Label is committed to supporting the Artist throughout their collaboration.
