Document master ownership, songwriting splits and every required approval. A sample or leased beat can prevent you from granting the necessary rights.
Build a usable package
Prepare instrumentals, clean versions, stems where available, lyrics, tempo, mood tags and a reliable rights contact. Describe the recording accurately rather than promising a sound-alike.
Agree the actual licence
Fees and scope depend on the production, territory, term and media. Get the agreement in writing before granting use. Ask support about the current submission process.
